Recipe Description

This Banana Date Almond Smoothie (left) is great for Sahur, as the bananas boost energy and provide water content, while the dates help maintain your blood sugar levels.

Recipe Ingredient

  • 3/4 cup milk/ almond milk
  • 7 dates (pitted)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 large banana (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and process till smooth. Serve immediately.
