Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g minced beef
  • 1/8 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 25g cornflour
  • 1 tsp tapioca flour
  • 80ml or enough water

Instructions

  1. Place the minced beef into a food processor. Add sugar, salt, pepper, cornflour and tapioca flour. Process on low speed and add water gradually, beating until the mixture turns into a sticky paste.
  2. Remove the mixture and place some onto the palm of your hand, lightly squeeze out the mixture into small portions. Shape them into even round balls.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil and throw in the beef balls. Cook over medium heat until the balls are cooked through. Scoop out the balls with a perforated ladle to drain them well.
