Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g plain flour
  • 80g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 185ml yogurt
  • 90ml corn oil
  • 150g fresh/frozen(thawed) blueberry


  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir in flour,sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Then, make a well in a centre.
  3. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add the egg mixture all at once to flour mixture.
  4. Mix well. Fold blueberry into batter. The batter should be lumpy.
  5. Grease muffin the tray. Fill 3/4 full.
  6. Bake 190 degrees Celcious for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
