Recipe Ingredient

  • minced beef
  • bread crumbs
  • egg yolk
  • nutmeg powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion-chopped
  • butter
  • white wine
  • kikkoman soy sauce


  1. Oil the pan with butter and lightly cook the chooped onions. cool it awhile.
  2. In a large bowl put the minced meat, egg yolk, breadcrumbs, nutmeg powder,salt,pepper, and the above onions and mix thoroughly. shape the mixture into mini sized hamburg.
  3. Heat a pan with enough butter and cook the hamburg on both sides until done. set aside leaving the remaining oil in the pan.
  4. On low heat, add in the wine and soy sauce. turn the heat to med-high and heat the gravy for a 20 secs. pour over hamburg and serve with warm basil rice or pasta.
