This recipe is best with
- minced beef
- bread crumbs
- egg yolk
- nutmeg powder
- white wine
- kikkoman soy sauce
- Oil the pan with butter and lightly cook the chooped onions. cool it awhile.
- In a large bowl put the minced meat, egg yolk, breadcrumbs, nutmeg powder,salt,pepper, and the above onions and mix thoroughly. shape the mixture into mini sized hamburg.
- Heat a pan with enough butter and cook the hamburg on both sides until done. set aside leaving the remaining oil in the pan.
- On low heat, add in the wine and soy sauce. turn the heat to med-high and heat the gravy for a 20 secs. pour over hamburg and serve with warm basil rice or pasta.
