Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g pork meat slices
  • 2 pkts.fried beancurd-cubed
  • 1 pkt beansprouts
  • 1 green pepper bell-sliced
  • 1/2 onion-cubed
  • 2 garlic-minced
  • 3 tbsps oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp or to taste soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps chinese cooking wine
  • salad oil


  1. Marinate pork clices with wine for 10 mins.
  2. Heat a fry pan with some oil and lightly brown the cubed beancurd, drain and set aside
  3. In the pan, add garlic and pork slices, fry till meat changes color, then add in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, onion, green pepper bell and stir fry for 3 mins, then add the beansprouts and quickly stir fry and transfer to a plate and serve warm.
