Recipe Ingredient

  • chicken wings, thighs or other parts

  • turmeric powder

  1. Marinate meat with turmeric, 5 spice, salt soy sauce and corn flour
  2. Arrange on an aluminium foil and spread chopped onions on top, then wrap firmly and bake till tender and cooked.
