Recipe Ingredient

  • spareribs
  • maggi chilli sauce 1 cup
  • tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • soya sauce- 2 tbsps
  • salt- 1/4 tsp
  • pepper- 1/4 tsp


  1. Marinate the ribs with all the above overnight.
  2. Grill over low-med heat on both sides till cooked thoroughly and slightly browned. if prefered, sprinkle salt and pepper while on grill for a saltier and peppery taste. makes very good picnic finger food.
