- 3 chicken whole leg (Boneless)
- 1 tbsp Angel Brand Oriental Barbecue Sauce
- Some stuffed bun
- 1 tsp Angel Brand Chili & Garlic Sauce
- 1 tbsp Angel Brand Bean Paste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- Some tomatoes slices
- Some lettuce
- 1 tsp tosted white sesame
- Marinate chicken whole leg with Angel Brand Oriental Barbecue Sauce for 10 minutes, sear with some oil in frying pan.
- Let cool and shredded into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix all seasoning with shredded chicken, set aside.
- Deep fry stuffed bun, drain and cut halve, set aside.
- Place one piece lettuce and 2 slices of tomatoes on the bun, top with 1 tbsp shredded chicken, spread with some toasted white sesame, cover with another bun.
