Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 cups Thai fragrant rice
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 pips garlic, minced
  • 2-3 slices ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chicken skin with fat
  • 1 teaspoon chicken stock granules, optional
  • 1 pandan leaf, optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Wash rice in several changes of water until water runs clear.
  2. Put all the ingredients in an electric rice pot and turn it on.
  3. Stir through just before serving.
