- 2 cups Thai fragrant rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 pips garlic, minced
- 2-3 slices ginger
- 1 tablespoon chicken skin with fat
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock granules, optional
- 1 pandan leaf, optional
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Wash rice in several changes of water until water runs clear.
- Put all the ingredients in an electric rice pot and turn it on.
- Stir through just before serving.
