Recipe Ingredient

  • 500g of chicken pieces
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 packet (20g) Maggi Malay-style Fried Chicken Mix
  • Oil for frying
  • Grated carrot for garnishing


  1. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the chicken until golden brown. Garnish with grated carrot. Serve hot with Maggi garlic sauce, chilli sauce or Thai chilli sauce.
