Recipe Ingredient

  • Cookie Dough (A)
  • 100g Ground Hazelnuts
  • 20g Ground Almonds
  • 60g All Purpose Flour
  • 70g Icing Sugar
  • 3g Baking Powder
  • 3g Mandarin Orange Zest
  • Cookie Dough (B)
  • 55g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 5g Vanilla Extract
  • 15ml Mandarin Orange Juice
  • Topping
  • 20 nos Whole Hazelnut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
  2. Combine all the ingredients from (A) together in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Add in ingredients from (B) and blend until soft dough consistency.
  4. Shape the dough into the desired shape. Flatten them slightly and press a whole hazelnut into the middle of each cookie.
  5. Bake for about 15-16 minutes. Allow them to cool completely
