This recipe is best with
- 500 g minced chicken
- 10 g salt
- 10 g sugar
- 40 g potato starch
- 30 g mushroom, diced
- 10 g garlic, chopped
- 30 g carrot, diced
- 30 g celery, diced
- 220 g Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded
- To Stuff:
- 11 pcs tofu pocket
- Mix minced chicken with salt, sugar and potato starch.
- Add in cut vegetables into minced chicken, mix well.
- Cut the tofu pocket into half, carefully flip the inside out.
- Fill half of the tofu with minced chicken, stuff in Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded and topped it with minced chicken to cover the cheese.
- Preheat deep fry oil to 175C. Fry for 3-4 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy!
