Recipe Ingredient

  • Stuffing:
  • 500 g minced chicken
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g sugar
  • 40 g potato starch
  • 30 g mushroom, diced
  • 10 g garlic, chopped
  • 30 g carrot, diced
  • 30 g celery, diced
  • 220 g Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded
  • To Stuff:
  • 11 pcs tofu pocket

Instructions

    To Prepare Stuffing:
  1. Mix minced chicken with salt, sugar and potato starch.
  2. Add in cut vegetables into minced chicken, mix well.
  3. To Stuff Tofu Pocket:
  4. Cut the tofu pocket into half, carefully flip the inside out.
  5. Fill half of the tofu with minced chicken, stuff in Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded and topped it with minced chicken to cover the cheese.
  6. Preheat deep fry oil to 175C. Fry for 3-4 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy!
  7. Recommended: 30 g of minced chicken & 10 g of Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded per piece.
