Recipe Ingredient

  • Bahan-bahan Cheesecake:
  • 175g Anchor cream cheese
  • 200ml santan
  • 2 biji telur
  • 2 sudu besar gula
  • 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • 1 sudu teh serbuk pati ikan bilis
  • Bahan-bahan Sambal:
  • 1 biji bawang besar
  • 2 peket Pes Sambal Tumis
  • 2 sudu besar gula
  • 1 sudu besar serbuk pati ikan bilis
  • 1 sudu besar air asam jawa
  • Segenggam ikan bilis yang sudah digoreng

Instructions

  1. Putar cream cheese sehingga lembut kemudian masukkan santan, gula dan telur. Putar sehingga kembang dan masukkan satu sudu tepung jagung.
  2. Putar sebati dan tuang ke dalam loyang kecil dan bakar selama 45minit dengan suhu 180°C.
  3. Sementara itu sediakan Sambal Nasi Lemak.
  4. Tumis hirisan bawang besar kemudian masukkan Pes Sambal Tumis.
  5. Kacau sebati dan masukkan gula,serbuk pati ikan bilis dan air asam jawa.Masak sehingga pecah minyak dan masukkan ikan bilis yang sudah digoreng.
  6. Sejukkan seketika Burnt Cheesecake yang sudah masak sebelum dihidangkan dengan Sambal Nasi Lemak di atasnya.
