Recipe Ingredient

  • 3 chicken breast
  • 2 medium sized carrots, diced
  • 2 scallions
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Brown sugar, to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 200g Nyolike Marmite Sauce
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • White sesame for garnishing


    To make the baked chicken:
  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and some brown sugar.
  2. Placed diced carrots and some scallions on a baking tray.
  3. Place the chicken on top of the carrots and scallions. Drizzle some olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. To make the marmite sauce:
  5. Saute the garlic on a pan and add in Nyolike Marmite Sauce.
  6. Mix the corn starch with water. Once the sauce boil, slowly mix in the corn starch water into the sauce until it thickens to desire consistency.
  7. Serve the baked chicken with marmite sauce and garnish with white sesame.
