Recipe Description

Eggs are high in protein and scrambled eggs do not lose the nutrition in the process of cooking. Carrots, tomatoes and runner beans provide the other necessary vitamins and minerals. A wholesome meal for all age groups

Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper powder, to taste
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 Tomato, halved
  • 1 small carrot, diced
  • 2 runner beans, cut into 3
  • Freedom refined sunflower oil


  1. Shallow fry the vegetables in a l-2 tablespoons oil
  2. Add salt and pepper and keep aside
  3. Break the eggs and whisk them well
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan
  5. Add the whisked eggs and milk keep stirring vigorously- do not let it settle like an omlette
  6. Add salt and pepper
  7. Switch off the flame before the scrambled mix hardens
  8. Serve hot with stir fried vegetables and toast (optional)
