Recipe Ingredient

  • Bahan-bahan Burnt Chersecake:
  • 300g creamcheese
  • 2 sudu besar gula
  • 250ml whipping cream
  • 2 biji telur
  • 1 sudu besar milo
  • 1 sudu kecil chocolate emulco
  • 1 sudu kecil esen vanila
  • 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • Bahan-bahan lapisan atas (milo mousse):
  • 70g creamcheese
  • 2 sudu besar milo
  • 500ml whipping cream (non diary)


  1. Putar creamcheese sehingga lembut masukkan telur, gula ,chocolate emulco, milo dan esen vanila. Putar sehingga sebati dan masukkan tepung jagung.
  2. Masukkan ke dalam loyang dan bakar di dalam Air Fryer selama 20 minit 170°C dan 150°C selama 15 minit pada pembakaran akhir.
  3. Setelah masak sejukkan dahulu.
  4. Sementara itu sediakan lapisan milo mousse.
  5. Putar cream cheese sehingga lembut.
  6. Putar whipping cream (non diary) sehingga kental.
  7. Satukan keduanya dan masukkan serbuk milo.Putar sebati dan lapiskan di atas burnt cheesecake tadi.
  8. Taburkan serbuk milo di atasnya dan sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk sebelum di hidangkan.
