Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g of cream cheese anchor
  • 200g of whipping cream anchor
  • 50g of santan
  • 60g of sugar castor
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 30 g of sekaya


  1. Preheat oven to 200 c
  2. Line a 6 inc round cake pan with baking paper
  3. Place cream cheese anchor and sugar castor in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix until sugar dissolves
  5. Add in whipping cream anchor
  6. Mix until combine
  7. Add in santan
  8. Mix batter until combine
  9. Add in eggs
  10. Mix again
  11. Add in lemon juices
  12. Mix until combine together
  13. Place batter to baking pan that already prepared
  14. Dont forget add in sekaya to batter
  15. Lastly, ready to bake
  16. Bake for 35 minutes
