Ever wonder how those fritters taste so good? Now you can make your own Fritter Batter that you can coat any of your favorite food from mushroom to sausage to seafood to chicken. It can be perfect finger food for your friends and family!
- 75g self-raising flour
- 60g rice flour
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 130–150ml water or just enough
- Mix combined sifted flours and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre. Add in just enough water to mix into a smooth batter that is thick enough to coat a metal spoon.
- Allow the batter to sit for 10–15 minutes before use.
