Recipe Ingredient

  • 750g ground beef/chicken
  • 3 tbsps Maggi oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsps ketchup
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 3 red chillies, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsps chopped coriander
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Maggi mild or hot salsa sauce


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs. Make small round balls and leave in the refrigerator before frying. Heat oil in frying pan or fryer and fry meatballs till cooked. Serve with mild or hot salsa sauce.
