- 1 kg fish (terubuk)
- 1 banana leaf

- 1 packet MAGGI® Ayam
- Panggang Paste
- 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
- 4 kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 turmeric leaf, thinly sliced
- 1 lime
- Place cleaned fish on banana leaf. Mix Ingredients A. Rub all over fish and wrap fish in an aluminum foil.
- Place fish on top of a charcoal grill or bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C. Cook for about 15 minutes on each side. Squeeze lime before serving.
