Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 pineapple, skinned and cubed
  • 15 pcs medium prawn
  • wooden skewers
  • olive oil
  • Marinate
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp spring onion, chopped
  • Garnish
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes


  1. Clean prawns but leave the tail.
  2. Mix prawns and pineapple with the marinate.
  3. Thread three prawns, alternating with pineapple on a skewer.
  4. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle evenly with chilli flakes.
  5. Then place the skewers on griddle and cook over medium-high heat.
  6. Two minutes on each side until prawns are cooked. Then serve.
  7. Note: be sure to soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
  8. Purchase pineapple that is heavy for its size.
