Recipe Ingredient

  • 450g - 500g salmon fillet
  • Marinade:
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp pounded garlic
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients together. Put the salmon fillet in a mixing bowl then pour in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Turn the salmon fillet occasionally.
  2. Wrap salmon in foil and grill for seven to eight minutes on each side or until salmon is cooked. Transfer on to a plate and serve immediately.
