- 2 servings Malabar spinach, sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic, diced
- Cooking oil
- 1tsp soy sauce
- Wash, slice, stir-fry Malabar spinach..
- Put dish aside.
- Dice, stir-fry garlic.
- Add one teaspoon of soy sauce.
- Place on dish.
