Mom made this for me when I was growing up. Simple toast drizzled with condensed milk. Add a sprinkle of milo for a little twist.
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp water/milk
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- vanilla extract
- 8 slices bread
- condensed milk
- Milo (optional)
- Whisk eggs, water and vanilla in large bowl.
- Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
- Quickly dip one bread slice into egg mixture, coating both sides. Place on pan. Flip once bread is browned and cook another 2-3 minutes until both sides are evenly browned.
- Drizzle with condensed milk.

Truly in current M’sian environment we conscious consumers who love original natural quality food will not be able to find “genuine condense milk” other then substitutes like man-made creamers of all sorts and brands. Regretfully true. Can any kind souls out there tell me where I could get some in the Klang valley!!!!
