This recipe is courtesy of Adabi.
- 2 tablespoon of Asam Jawa Xtra Adabi
- 2 lime
- 4 tablespoon of sugar
- 400ml of cold water
- 100ml of hot water
- Add 4 tablespoon of sugar to the 100ml of hot water and stir until dissolved.
- Add 2 tablespoon of Adabi’s Asam Jawa Xtra (tamarind paste) in the 400ml of cold water, and pour in the 100 ml of hot water.
- Cut the lime in half, and squeeze in the lime juice to the mixture.
- Add ice to your jug of juice, and ready to serve.
