Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 mango, peeled, pitted, diced
  • 150 ml soy milk
  • 250 ml plain soy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Try to buy mango without fibers. Place the mango pieces for a few hours in the freezer.
  2. In a blender combine the frozen mangoes, soy yogurt, soy milk, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla extract. Blend until very smooth.
  3. Pour the Mango Smoothie into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
