Recipe Ingredient

  • 60g plain flour, sifted
  • 60g butter, diced
  • 20g oats
  • 20g slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp soft brown sugar


  1. Put sifted flour into a mixing bowl. Rub in diced butter using your fingertips then add oats, almonds and ground cinnamon followed by brown sugar. Mix evenly and sprinkle crumble as a topping mixture over your fruit dishes.
  2. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until topping is golden and crisp.
