- 1 Mission Wrap (whole grain)
- 1-2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 handful mozzerella cheese
- 3 tiger prawns
- salt, pepper to taste
- olive oil,
- chilies (optional)
- olive (optional)
- Coat stainless steel pan with olive oil using a paper towel.
- Place tortilla in stainless steel pan. Turn on low heat, add on tomato sauce, cheese, thyme and sliced prawns. For spice and flavour, add sliced chilies and olive to the topping.
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Make sure your wrap is warm and dry on the bottom.
- Bake at 225 degrees for 4-5 mins in the oven.
