Recipe Ingredient

  • 5 pcs Mission Tortilla chips (Original)
  • 50g salmon
  • 10g Ebiko fish roe
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 red onion
  • dill


  1. Cut the salmon into small cubes.
  2. Cut red onions into fine cubes.
  3. Mix both cut salmon and red onions and add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create salmon tartare.
  4. Cut the avocado into small pieces and mix with salt and pepper and lemon juice.
  5. Build each chip with salmon tartare, avocado and garnish with ebiko and dill.
