Recipe Ingredient

  • 3/4 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 medium size organic carrot
  • 1/2 organic carrot
  • 1 organic ripe tomato
  • 1 tablespoon cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil
  • 4 tablespoons organic fruit-flavoured soy yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon organic raw wheat germ powder

Instructions

  1. Mix well in a blender. Pour into glass and drink immediately.

  3. Start your day with a drink that is rich in enzymes, vitamins A, C, E and B, and also minerals such as potassium, calcium, Omega-3, 6 and 9, and protein. Ingredients such as flaxseed oil help to repair damaged cells, improve complexion, give shine to hair and strengthen the immune system.
