Recipe Ingredient

  • Ingredients A
  • ½ nos Tomato, cut into small dice
  • 150gm Spinach, cut
  • 1½ inch Carrot, cut into small dice
  • ½ nos Holland Onion, cut into small dice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, mince
  • 1½ tsp Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning
  • Ingredients B (mix)
  • 5 nos Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Fresh Milk
  • 1½ tsp Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning


  1. Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry the Holland onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add in carrots, stir-fry until slightly cooked.
  3. Add in spinach, stir-fry for a while.
  4. Season with Rasa Sifu™ and set aside.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into a pan, fry until both sides are cooked.
  6. Place the fried vegetables on top of the eggs and folds it according to your preference. Ready to be served.
