This recipe is best with
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp finely grated cheddar cheese
- Halve the avocado and remove the stone.
- Place it in a small bowl and mash with a fork until almost smooth.
- Add yoghurt and cheddar cheese.
- Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Dish out in a serving bowl and serve it with rice crackers as a dip.
