Recipe Ingredient

  • 125g cream cheese (softened)
  • 50g unsalted butter (softened)
  • 125g icing sugar
  • 1/2 no orange zest
  • 1 tbsp orange juice


  1. Combine cream cheese, butter and sugar and cream until light and fluffy.
  2. Add in orange zest and juice and continue to cream for 3-5 minutes using medium speed until smooth texture.
  3. Frosting is now ready to be piped on the macarons.
