This recipe is best with
- 1 glass (12oz) of ice cubes
- 60ml Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 60ml Anchor UHT Full Cream Milk
- 3tbsp melted gula melaka (liquid)
- 3tbsp canned sea coconut
- 1 slice extra sea coconut, for garnishing
- Anchor Aerosol Whipped Cream, for topping
- Add full glass of ice in a blender then add in Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream, Anchor UHT Full Cream Milk, Gula Melaka, sea coconut & blend it until fine.
- Drizzle some Gula Melaka at the side of glass. Pour in blended items, top with Anchor Aerosol Whipped Cream & lastly, a slice of sea coconut on top, serve. Enjoy!
