Recipe Ingredient

  • 300g prawns
  • 100g long beans
  • Sambal paste
  • Garlic


  1. Stir-fry 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic
  2. Stir-fry long beans for 3-5 minutes
  3. Stir-fry prawns for 2-3 minutes
  4. Note: Do not peel the shell at the tail so that the prawns will curl nicely during stir-frying
  5. While prawns are cooking, add 2-3 tablespoons of your favourite sambal paste and 1-2 tablespoons of water
  6. Simmer for 1-2 minutes
  7. Serve while hot
