Sift flour into a mixing bowl and pour in milk. Beat in the egg and add melted butter to mix.
Add French beans, carrot, corn kernels and seasoning. Mix into a thick batter.
Lightly grease a round egg ring mould with corn oil. Place the ring in a non-stick saucepan. Pour in half a ladleful of batter into the ring. Cook over medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes. Use a spatula to ease out the pancake, then remove the egg ring. Flip the pancake over to cook the other side for a minute.
