Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1/2 flower cauliflower, cut and steamed
  • 1 carrot, cut and steamed
  • 2 tbsp Tomyam paste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • rice vermicelli (bihun), for two people, soak in water till soft
  • Fried onions for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a wok, fry onion and garlic till fragrant. Add cauliflower and carrot. Add tomyam paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add in the bihun and mix well. Garnish with some fried onions.
