- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, diced
- 1/2 flower cauliflower, cut and steamed
- 1 carrot, cut and steamed
- 2 tbsp Tomyam paste
- salt and pepper to taste
- rice vermicelli (bihun), for two people, soak in water till soft
- Fried onions for garnishing
- In a wok, fry onion and garlic till fragrant. Add cauliflower and carrot then continue stir fry.
- Add in tom yam paste. Then toss in salt and pepper to taste.
- Finally, add in the bihun and mix well. Garnish with some fried onions.
