Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1/2 flower cauliflower, cut and steamed
  • 1 carrot, cut and steamed
  • 2 tbsp Tomyam paste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • rice vermicelli (bihun), for two people, soak in water till soft
  • Fried onions for garnishing


  1. In a wok, fry onion and garlic till fragrant. Add cauliflower and carrot then continue stir fry.
  2. Add in tom yam paste. Then toss in salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Finally, add in the bihun and mix well. Garnish with some fried onions.
