Homemade Egg Noodles


1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon water


1) Put all ingredients into a bowl. Mix until the dough comes together and knead for 10-15 minutes. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

2) Roll out dough thinly. Noodles will expand when cooked. Dust with lots of flour.

3) Fold or roll the dough into a log and cut into thin strips.

4) Pull out strips slightly and let them rest and dry out for about two hours.
