Steamed Tofu with Mushroom


250g soft tofu
1 pip garlic, chopped
1 red chilli, chopped
200g oyster mushroom
3-4 tbsp oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp oyster sauce
Salt to taste


Steam tofu for 10 mins.

Heat oil and fry garlic, chilli and mushroom till mushroom is soft.

Add oyster sauce, salt and water, simmer for 5 mins.

Pour this over steamed tofu and serve.
