Recipe Ingredient

  • 6 hard- boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • salt and coarsely ground pepper to taste
  • 1 sprig fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • dash of paprika
  • stuffed olive halves for garnishing


  1. Peel eggs and slice half-lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out the yolks and mash then stir in sour cream, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Stir in bacon.
  4. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture; sprinkle paprika over and garnish with an olive half.
