- 6 hard- boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- salt and coarsely ground pepper to taste
- 1 sprig fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- dash of paprika
- stuffed olive halves for garnishing
- Peel eggs and slice half-lengthwise.
- Scoop out the yolks and mash then stir in sour cream, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Stir in bacon.
- Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture; sprinkle paprika over and garnish with an olive half.
