- 500g of strawberries
- 50g of caster sugar
- 1 tbsp Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove stems.
- Cut strawberries in half lengthwise, and combine together in a bowl.
- Add sugar to the strawberries and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 15 minutes before serving, drizzle the strawberries with balsamic vinegar.
