Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 pieces deboned chicken whole leg
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Seasoning (A):
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp meat curry powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • Spicy sauce:
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 5 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 70ml evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with seasoning (A) for several hours.
  2. Heat oil in a wok for deep-frying until hot and deep-fry chicken pieces until crispy and cooked through. Remove from oil and leave aside in a serving platter.
  3. Melt butter in a nonstick pan. Fry onion until soft and fragrant. Add spicy sauce ingredients. Sauté well.
  4. Dish out sauce and pour over chicken pieces.
