- 125g cream cheese (softened)
- 50g unsalted butter (softened)
- 125g icing sugar
- 1/2 no orange zest
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- Combine cream cheese, butter and sugar and cream until light and fluffy.
- Add in orange zest and juice and continue to cream for 3-5 minutes using medium speed until smooth texture.
- Frosting is now ready to be piped on the macarons.
