- 200g dory fish, cleaned
- 1 tbsp capers, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, crushed
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup whipping cream, whipped
- Rub salt and pepper all over the fish.
- Steam for 15 mins till cooked.
- Mix other ingredients till well combined.
- Then serve with steamed fish.
