Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 cup fine sugee or semolina flour
  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • Enough ghee
  • Garnishing
  • Red colour
  • Toothpick

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugee and castor sugar
  2. Add enough ghee to the mixture and make a soft dough.
  3. Make small balls. Dot with red colour using a toothpick.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 8-10 minutes.
