- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- 1 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
- 300 g Oyster mushroom
- 1 cup Potato flour
- Enough Cooking oil
- Combine the egg, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and rice flour, mix well.
- Tear the mushroom into bite-sized pieces.
- Add in the egg batter and mix well.
- Sprinkle potato flour over the mushroom and mix well.
- Heat the cooking oil and fry until golden.
- Sprinkle AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and ready to serve.
