Recipe Ingredient

  • 250ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup butter


  1. Blend milk, eggs and salt for 1 minute.
  2. Then add flour. Blend for another 5 minutes.
  3. Place butter in an 8in square baking pan and place the pan into an 180 degrees Celcius oven for 5 minutes.
  4. Then pour the batter into the hot baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Note: Best eaten when it is still hot.
